THE CRIBS RULE!

I was watching an interview of The Cribs on YouTube last night cos I couldn't sleep. It was almost 4am LOL.
This particular quote by Gary Jarman struck me cos it relates to me in a way:

"It's always good to find people with similar ideologies."

I used to be in a band but they were all about playing 100% Metal or Hard Rock and I wasn't fond of most of the bands' songs that they wanted to cover.
I mean, I don't listen to Metal like, 24/7. I listen to other genres too, which include J-Rock, Indie Rock, Classical, some Pop, video game soundtracks.. LOL.
But these guys in the band, they listen to Metal all the time and they just want to play Metal.
They're all serious and shit and it definitely didn't work out for me, so I left.
Also: They decided to un-friend me on Facebook after I left. HOW MATURE. >___>

My two brothers, my cousin and myself, we have our own band too.
Kinda like a little family band for us to just enjoy ourselves from time to time.
We all have similar music interests so we definitely loved to play music together.
And we don't aim to play just one genre, or think of the band like, "Oh! We're in a band so we have to be serious and try to play as good as we can."
Nope, we just go along with it, we laugh at our mistakes, we go home with happy thoughts.
We aren't even an official band! We just play music for fun.

After I was done with the drawing, I thought I'd show it to the guys for no reason LOL.
Well, just to show them how much they mean to me, even though I only started listening to them a few days (weeks?) ago. c:
Well, to my surprise, they actually retweeted my drawing HAHA.
I was so delighted I couldn't wipe the grin off my face until I went to bed!!

I seriously fucking love Twitter.
A lot of things over there just make me appreciate my life more. LOL
I mean it doesn't look like much, but it does to me.
Twitter is my best friend omg.

So yes, that's all I wanna say for now.
