Macabre.: SEC 3 OVERSEAS CAMP!!!

Believed to be an awesome camp. 8D
Not the best, but well! I actually missed the instructors ~~especially Gunawan~~ and Karimun island!

So here, the rambling starts!

DAY ONE.

Woke up at around 5am.
Then, reached school around 6am.
Said goodbye to mum.
Went to S'pore Cruise Centre at Harbourfront to take the ferry to Karimun island!
I think we reached at around.. 10am?

Then, we got invited by the sultan or something to his house (or istana)!
WHOAAA MAN.
His istana was like so big and beautiful cannn.
Anyway.
Ate there, then quickly went to Hotel Padi Mas!
Got to know who my roommates were, and fortunately they're from the same class as me!
Suhartini, Run Yu and Jia Hui. :D
So we went up to our room right after we got our keys.
Then, we left all our luggage inside, and went downstairs to meet our group's instructors!!
Gunawan and Leon! :D
The coolest people ever can!
Anyway, my class is in group 3, yup.
And so..
Guess what my group did after that.
SLACKED. =A=
Other groups were like, playing games and doing group cheers and stuff.
And we only slacked. HAHA.

After slacking, we went to some Indonesian school to meet students there.
Whoa man, their classrooms and facilities are all, well, very old and dusty.
They only have chalkboards, they don't have projectors and stuff.
:|

After saying goodbye to the students, we all went to an area near the campsite that we're supposed to go to.
Then, we had to walk for like, more than an hour! A 15 km walk, I think?
And after we reached the campsite, which was like around 7pm, we had dinner!

After dinner, NIGHT MISSION 1: THE NIGHT CONFIDENCE WALK STARTED.
Yes, night confidence walk.
You have to walk inside the forest, ONLY THREE PEOPLE, side by side.
Me, Ze Xin and Gui Zi!
Follow green glow sticks to reach the beach.
OMG LAH.
Stupid freaking instructors scared the shit out of me by crawling inside bushes, IN FRONT OF ME, and just going "RAWR" and jumping out.
I almost kicked that guy. =___=
But hahah, it was so awesome lah!
I still haven't overcome my fear of the darkness though!
And so, after Ze Xin's unending Christian prayers, we finally reached the beach!
We got to meet Ji Xin and her group too! :D

And so, after the walk, we had supper!
Ovaltine and bread. :|

And then we headed back to the hotel to end the day! (:

DAY TWO.

Woke up for breakfast!
Then, we went to Mt. Jantan (yes, Mt. JANTAN, to all the Malays here. HAHA) to go on a trek!
WHOA MANNN.
It took us like 3 hours to reach the summit.
Then we went down again, BY SLIDING ON OUR BUTTS (yes, two people's pants tore off. HAHA), to the waterfall!
Which took us around an hour.
And Gunawan said it would take around 20 minutes! -poke-
And after reaching the waterfall, we ate.
WHOO NASI AYAM PENYET.
Anyway!
We were all dirty.
So we went back to the hotel to bathe, then we went out again to go for Night Mission 2: CULTURAL NIGHT!
We actually did nothing.
Just watched the show, then got bored, then me, Suhartini, Yee Mun and Darwisyah chatted and chatted. HEE.
After that, we all went back to the hotel to sleep!

DAY THREE.

Woke up for breakfast as usual.

Went to the beach to do river crossing, and the Standard Obstacle Course! (SOC)
So SOC goes first.
WHOA MAN.
The instructor said the SOC is a feel of what NSMen go through.
We didn't wear track pants, so we all had abrasions and scratches on our knees and elbows.. :|

After the SOC, we went into the sea to do river crossing.
Meh, not that hard.

After that, we all ate!
And almost everyone got FOOD POISONING.
Fortunately, I wasn't one of them.
HEEHEE.

After that, we went back to the hotel and got to rest for two hours!
At night, we had dinner, then we went to the market to shop for food!
Then, we got back into our rooms and watched Unexpected Access.
We also called for Room service!
YAYYYY SPAGHETTI.
Which wasn't so good..

Then, watched the Matrix for a while, and went to sleepppp.

DAY FOUR.

The last day.
Woke up for breakfast!
Then, we all packed up, assembled at the basketball court behind the hotel, and headed off to the jetty to go home.

And so, sat inside the ferry for I-don't-know-how-long, and reached Singapore.
Got outside the Cruise centre, and rode the transport back to school.
Saw Group 2's instructor, Ansar!
He's so cute and hilarious lahhh. :D
Hahahah, he also wore the same cap as me: A CIVIL DEFENCE CAP.
HAHAHA.
I also miss him lahhh. Hahahah.

So after reaching school, got a de-brief from Mr Kang, then went home.
And I'm finally here.

OMGGGG I MISS TEH INSTRUCTORSSS.
